Position: Technical Support Engineer

Scope

Ideal candidate is expected to provide technical support by meeting the SLA requirements to Ant Media customers and for the Ant Media video streaming solutions, and he should have prior hands on experience working with networking, cloud, and media streaming technologies, products and services. 

  • Being a tech savvy constant learner, grow his/her product knowledge
  • Commit and deliver on set KPIs. Make sure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met, 
  • Being the bridge between customer and product groups, consolidate customer feedback and provide timely, structured, documented, and insightful feedback to Product Groups.
  • Being able to reproduce technical issues reported by the customer
  • Building and maintaining the technical support knowledge base. 
  • Document technical support training material and train junior technical support staff to be hired
  • Excelling in customer orientation, making sure Ant Media customer’s satisfaction with the product and the company only grows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
  • 3+ years related experience in the technical support of software products / solutions
  • Experience in providing technical support to external customers in a Service Desk environment
  • Experience in working in a SaaS, or Managed Services environment, and managing SLA’s
  • Experience in using Freshdesk is a plus
  • Hands on experience with video / audio streaming, cloud and networking platforms
  • Experience in working with different operating systems and virtualizations such as Linux, iOS, Android, and VMWare, and proficient in multiple environments such as Java, XLM, HTML, JavaScript
  • Experience in working with streaming protocols including such as RTMP, RTP/RTSP, HLS, WebRTC, and CMAF

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Scope

  • Prospecting and closing new business
  • Closing return business with existing customers
  • High volume, daily cold calling

Scope

  • This role will work cross-functionally with Technical Operations, Sales and Marketing teams with a growth marketing mindset.

Position: Business Operations Analyst

Scope

  • This role will work cross-functionally with Technical Operations, Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Work with Sales team to improve data hygiene, and build an algorithmic forecast for direct sales, 
  • Work with Marketing team to get better insights on customer segmentation, and improving it, while measuring effectiveness of marketing activities

Job Scope

  • Being a tech savvy constant learner, he/she is supposed to know or learn and explain the technologies, and architecture of Ant Media’s products and its capabilities.
  • Supporting sales teams in more technical discussions with the customers to win the deal with strong industry knowledge & competitive intelligence, and product experience. 
  • Run demos, and make sure the customers have a great experience with the trials. 
  • Explaining customer requirements to product teams with the right technical jargon.
  • Identifying the use case and guiding the customer through “must” have, and “nice to” have requirements and influence accordingly to show the customer how he can do better by using Ant Media products.
  • Making market research, competitive analysis, and sales-oriented product documentation, identifying the biz/technical areas to generate content on-line, and make sure it is delivered (self or thru others)
  • For key accounts, making sure customer requirements are met during the post sales process.
  • Providing both internal and external (customers, and partners) technology and product related training.
