Position: Inside Sales Representative


The Sales Executive for Ant Media is responsible for identifying and reaching out to new customers, and developing business, as well as renewal of existing customers in an assigned account base territory. Reporting to the sales manager, this position represents a key link between Ant Media, its customers, and our reseller channel. The Sales Executive will participate in sales related outreach programs, lead/opportunity follow up, reseller relations, and CRM Account management.
Integrity, dependability, and passion are essential for this role.
The role will have flexible work hours to suit the nature of the job. It will require hours outside of normal business hours based on the global nature of the position.

  • Prospecting and closing new business
  • Closing return business with existing customers
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities globally
  • Responsible for understanding Ant Media’s product offerings and competitive positioning.
  • Explain product functionality to customers as necessary
  • Create accurate, complete quotes and deliver them to the customer promptly
  • Accurate and timely input to the company CRM; by entering and updating customer information as changes occur
  • Ensure effective follow-up by accurately recording calls-to-action, dates, profile information, sources, and other sales action items within the CRM system
  • Participate in weekly pipeline review meetings
  • Participate in outreach programs as required to help prospect for new customers
  • Attend periodic sales trainings where applicable.
  • Identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance.

Required Skill & Qualifications

  • English language fluent. Any other languages considered a positive
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with decision makers.
  • Typically bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent
  • Sales experience required, preferably in high tech
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Seeks intervention from management on complex deals that fall outside of his scope.
  • Functional knowledge of PC, Chromebook, or Mac business applications
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred
  • Ability to self-manage a high workload, set priorities, and report to leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Position: Computer Vision Software Engineer

What We’re Looking For

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
  • 3+ years developing and designing Computer Vision technologies and systems
  • Solid understanding of Linear Algebra, Geometry, Meshes, Image Processing
  • Excellent C/C++, Python and OpenCV programming skills

Position: Technical Support Engineer


Ideal candidate is expected to provide technical support by meeting the SLA requirements to Ant Media customers and for the Ant Media video streaming solutions, and he should have prior hands on experience working with networking, cloud, and media streaming technologies, products and services. 

  • Being a tech savvy constant learner, grow his/her product knowledge
  • Commit and deliver on set KPIs. Make sure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met, 
  • Being the bridge between customer and product groups, consolidate customer feedback and provide timely, structured, documented, and insightful feedback to Product Groups.
  • Being able to reproduce technical issues reported by the customer
  • Building and maintaining the technical support knowledge base. 
  • Document technical support training material and train junior technical support staff to be hired
  • Excelling in customer orientation, making sure Ant Media customer’s satisfaction with the product and the company only grows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
  • 3+ years related experience in the technical support of software products / solutions
  • Experience in providing technical support to external customers in a Service Desk environment
  • Experience in working in a SaaS, or Managed Services environment, and managing SLA’s
  • Experience in using Freshdesk is a plus
  • Hands on experience with video / audio streaming, cloud and networking platforms
  • Experience in working with different operating systems and virtualizations such as Linux, iOS, Android, and VMWare, and proficient in multiple environments such as Java, XLM, HTML, JavaScript
  • Experience in working with streaming protocols including such as RTMP, RTP/RTSP, HLS, WebRTC, and CMAF
  • Hands on experience on cloud-based deployments such as Web Servers (HTTP), and Cloud Based Services (AWS, Google, Azure, Digital Ocean)
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills. Fluent and professionally proficient in English

Position: Digital Marketing Manager


  • This role will work cross-functionally with Technical Operations, Sales and Marketing teams with a growth marketing mindset.
  • This person will develop overall marketing strategy, provide strategic leadership, executing and implementing for the company’s marketing activities, and managing day to day operations with a focus on all steps of the marketing funnel (Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral).
  • Developing strategy & execution to generate leads, and design & run nurturing campaigns to support it. 
  • Setting and managing marketing metrics to assess marketing activities and make necessary corrections to achieve goals.
  • Setting the content creation strategy and plan, and make sure high quality content for video, web, print, and digital marketing collateral including infographics, white papers, blogs, e-mail and web content are generated and published as planned.
  • Creating digital campaign strategies, audience targeting and social media presence with growth marketing mindset.
  • Creating and implementing digital marketing optimizations, performance tracking and reporting that support expansion and growth of the company.

Required Skill & Qualifications

  • Keep himself/herself up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Have a career path with growing responsibility, proven success, delivering measurable marketing results and building strong teams.
  • Have experience on Hubspot, web-based design and marketing automation tools
  • Have knowledge of analytics/metrics, SEO and PPC, B2B marketing, lead generation, 
  • Have B2B Growth Marketing Experience in SW, SaaS or High-Tech industry is a major plus
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Technology or relevant field of study
  • Have 7+ years of marketing/communications experience
  • Be fluent in English, and an additional language is a plus.
