When I first went to the event’s venue of Ant Media’s Company Event this year. I saw that my colleagues were already there and were getting started to enjoy the sea on the cliffs. The weather was good(not hot, not cold) and the sea seemed to be great. I saw the islands in front of me and I looked at the horizon there. It made me remember the early times when we first found the company. The days that we could not even generate one penny for a long time. At that time, I could not even imagine that we could have an event like this in one day. Then I came back to the moment again that this is the 4th annual team gathering event in a hotel and Ant Media covering the costs of colleagues and guests. Thank God. Today, we’re selling our solution to more than 130 countries, having thousands of customers, and have sold our solution to big companies like Sony, Verizon, NBC, Fox, EA, etc.
Happy People Can Make Great Things Together
Let me provide some clear information about the event. We’re having annual team gatherings every year and we had the 4th one this year in Marmaris, Turkiye. In these events, we’re enjoying time together and we are discovering what we can change to make things more enjoyable and win-win for everyone. From my experience, it’s a true challenge to accept that somethings are just assumptions in my mind.
We believe that a sincere, friendly, and open atmosphere can make people happy and happy people can make great things together.

It’s about a 3-day event. We have trainings in the morning which are open discussions for some cases. Then we have outdoor activities in the afternoon. At night, it’s free time.

New Horizon to Invite More Friends Next Year
This is the first time, we have invited some of our users and customers to this event. Even if it’s a short notice, Rahul and Michelle joined the event and we could have a chance to meet them in person. I specifically say “friends” because we’re on this journey with our friends (aka. users, customers, partners, contributors).We will invite about 15-20 friends(customers, users, contributors, partners, friends) next year as a first step. Hopefully, we could reach hundreds and thousands in the 3-5 years time.

Yes, our plan is to invite about 15-20 friends next year and we’ll cover the costs. The point is meet in person, increase syngery further, make great things together and be part of the solution in the world.
