Ahmet co-founded Ant Media after spending seven years in Turkey's defence industry and establishing himself as one of the country's earliest voices in mobile development. He authored the first Turkish book on Android Application Programming, founded Android Developer Days, and grew it into a national conference with 2,000 attendees and sponsors including Google and Sony. At Ant Media, he closed the company's first enterprise deal with Sony in Tokyo while operating as a small team in Ankara. That moment set the tone. He leads with the belief that ordinary people build extraordinary things when given the right foundation.

Burak has been writing software for 19 years, starting with large-scale defence projects before co-founding Ant Media. He has built the server's core protocols, interfaces, and SDKs from the ground up, and still gets personally involved when a user hits a problem that needs solving. His current focus is turning Ant Media Server into a true ecosystem that developers and platform builders can extend and build on, with particular interest in AI systems that can see, listen to, and act on live video streams in real time.

Murat has 19 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure automation, and real-time communication platforms. He joined Ant Media with a straightforward belief: technology only creates value when the customer succeeds. Over seven years he has worked across operations, infrastructure, and customer success, never staying in one lane. He is currently focused on the next evolution of streaming, where flat video gives way to spatial, immersive experiences that users participate in rather than passively watch.

Alper brings 20 years of enterprise technology leadership across telecommunications and IT. Before Ant Media he served as Regional CIO at Telia Company across seven operating companies in the CIS region, and as CTO at Moldcell. He has spent his six years at Ant Media helping grow the customer base fivefold, bringing enterprise clients into the portfolio, and building the partnerships and processes that turn a strong product into a reliable customer experience.

Nipunika is a globally recognized marketing leader, identified by Brandpie as an emerging leader for the visibility and market impact she has built at an international scale. She has spent her career turning technically complex industries into market-defining narratives, creating the Fingerprint Method, a brand identity framework used across technology, clean energy, health, and the public sector, and driving results including a 334 million-person audience reach and a 250% increase in media visibility across international markets. She joined Ant Media because the product is genuinely strong, the user trust is earned, and the market has not caught up. Her job is to close that gap.

Trent has spent 20 years selling at the intersection of streaming video and SaaS, including as Salesperson of the Year at Kaltura. He joined Ant Media to build the revenue engine that takes the technology from well-regarded to dominant, opening new markets and landing enterprise partnerships across direct sales, channel, and cloud. The opportunity he is most focused on is the shift from live video as a cost centre to live video as an intelligent, revenue-generating product, powered by real-time AI running inside the stream itself.
